Honey Balsamic Salmon

- 1 Medium Salmon Fillet
- Fin & Feather Rub
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp Honey

Directions
- Place salmon, skin side down, on foil
- Season the salmon with Fin & Feather rub
- Combine vinegar, honey, and garlic in small saucepan
- Bring to simmer over medium heat and cook until reduced by half and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon (about 10-15 mins)
- Using a brush, coat the salmon with the glaze, reserving some for serving
- Set grill to 350 degrees F
- Place the salmon, still in the foil, directly on the grill grates. Put smoker box in grill
- Cook until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 25-30 mins

Excellent way to make salmon in a way that even James will eat it :)
