Crockpot Mac & Cheese

Pure comfort doesn’t get much better than slow cooker macaroni and cheese. This mac and cheese recipe needs no oven bake, making it perfect for a decadent side dish when oven space is tight. Using a combination of cheeses such as Cheddar and Gruyere, will yield great results!

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz package macaroni noodles

  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup

  • 1 can carnation evaporated milk

  • 1 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Cook noodles according directions.

  • Add butter.

  • Combine milk, soup, half the cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Add butter mixture to the macaroni and stir well.

  • Grease crock pot and add macaroni mixture. Top with other half of cheddar cheese.

  • Cook 3-7 hours on low
