Crockpot Mac & Cheese
Pure comfort doesn’t get much better than slow cooker macaroni and cheese. This mac and cheese recipe needs no oven bake, making it perfect for a decadent side dish when oven space is tight. Using a combination of cheeses such as Cheddar and Gruyere, will yield great results!
Ingredients
1 16oz package macaroni noodles
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can carnation evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook noodles according directions.
Add butter.
Combine milk, soup, half the cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Add butter mixture to the macaroni and stir well.
Grease crock pot and add macaroni mixture. Top with other half of cheddar cheese.
Cook 3-7 hours on low
