Imperial Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

  • 6 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Minced Parsley

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 6 Chicken Breasts

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Paprika to taste

Directions

  • Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, salt & pepper in shallow dish

  • Dip each piece chicken in milk, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture

  • Place in lightly greased 9 x 12 baking dish

  • Combine butter, garlic, and lemon juice and drizzle over chicken

  • Sprinkle with Paprika

  • Bake 40 minutes @ 350 degrees or until tender
