Imperial Chicken
From the kitchen of Jean Ross.
Ingredients
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
6 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp Minced Parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
6 Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Paprika to taste
Directions
Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, salt & pepper in shallow dish
Dip each piece chicken in milk, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture
Place in lightly greased 9 x 12 baking dish
Combine butter, garlic, and lemon juice and drizzle over chicken
Sprinkle with Paprika
Bake 40 minutes @ 350 degrees or until tender
