Cottage Cheese Pancakes
This is a recipe we got from the nutritionist for a healthy alternative for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 cup Cottage Cheese 2%
1/2 cup wheat flour
3 Eggs (or 3/4 cup egg substitute)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until very smooth.
Bake as normal for pancakes
