Cottage Cheese Pancakes

This is a recipe we got from the nutritionist for a healthy alternative for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese 2%

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 3 Eggs (or 3/4 cup egg substitute)

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until very smooth.

  • Bake as normal for pancakes
