Corn Pudding
Corn pudding is comfort food at its best. This creamy corn casserole is easy to make with either whole kernel or cream-style corn, resulting in a custardy pudding that will be a welcome addition to your holiday table.
Ingredients
1/3 cup butter
3 eggs
2 Tbsp flour
1 can drained corn
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
salt and pepper
Directions
Put butter into bowl.
Beat eggs and pour in with butter.
Mix sugar and milk in
Mix in flour and corn
Put into oven proof cassarole dish and back for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
