Corn Pudding

Corn pudding is comfort food at its best. This creamy corn casserole is easy to make with either whole kernel or cream-style corn, resulting in a custardy pudding that will be a welcome addition to your holiday table.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 Tbsp flour

  • 1 can drained corn

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 1 cup milk

  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • Put butter into bowl.

  • Beat eggs and pour in with butter.

  • Mix sugar and milk in

  • Mix in flour and corn

  • Put into oven proof cassarole dish and back for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
