Broccoli Slaw
This is super quick slaw that is a favorite for potlucks.
Ingredients
2 packages Oriental flavor ramen
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 cup (slightly less) vegetable oil
1⁄2 cup sugar
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 packages broccoli slaw
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the seasoning packets from the ramen with the oil, vinegar, and sugar and mix well.
Add the broccoli and sunflower seeds and mix together well.
Crush the ramen and add just before serving.
