Broccoli Slaw

This is super quick slaw that is a favorite for potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Oriental flavor ramen

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1⁄2 cup (slightly less) vegetable oil

  • 1⁄2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 2 packages broccoli slaw

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the seasoning packets from the ramen with the oil, vinegar, and sugar and mix well.

  • Add the broccoli and sunflower seeds and mix together well.

  • Crush the ramen and add just before serving.
